This petite French Château, with its surrounding buildings, offers a unique living environment whether you decide to rent the main castle building or if you want stay in one of the renovated houses in the park. The surrounding area offers unique excursion gems such as Combourg, Rennes, St. Malo, Dinan, Dinard, Cancale, and Mont St. Michel. In 2008, we will also offer Bed & Breakfast accommodations, as well as game-bird hunting of pheasant and partridge with bird-dogs. |

You rent one or several building and do-it-yourselves. You cook your own meals and you can even bring your own bed-linens if you wish. 2. You Want Some Assistance and Service
You rent one or several buildings. We make sure that the room is prepared with bed sheets, towels, flowers, etc. when you arrive. You can have breakfast in the morning and we will arrange one or several of your dinners in the dining room if you so wish. 3. You Want Your Own Star Chef and Hostess
You rent one or several buildings, including full service. This means that your star chef and hostess from Sweden will cook your breakfast and dinner, as well as prepare wine and cheese tastings. We can also arrange sightseeing excursions, teambuilding sessions, cooking classes, and most anything else you might desire. We will also help you with suggestions so that your stay at Château du Grand Val is tailored exactly according to your needs and wishes.

Marie and Roland Nilsson d'Aubigné spent four years looking for the perfect castle. In the beginning of the 1990s they finally found their dream. It was Chateau du Grand Val, a property with amazing possibilities. The charming Château came with a fascinating history, 68 acres of forest and fields, three ponds, its own private well with crystal clear spring-water and, perhaps most importantly, a breathtaking view. After many years of renovating the castle, the surrounding buildings, and the chapel, Château du Grand Val can now host about thirty guests and has become a popular vacation choice for wedding parties, conference groups, vacationers, and golfers. |
